You can earn one-time payment at closing and also an equity share from every property that you have been involved with.
For example: let’s say we have an opportunity for $10MM, and the investor partner who brought the deal, gets an offer from the capital partner for 2% Acquisition Fee at closing, (which equals to $200K) plus 20% Equity share split from the property profit and cash flow, (which equals to $2MM).
In that case, based on the table above, if you act as a Jointer’s consultant or as aJointer’s Affiliate you will receive 2% from every payout to the investor who brought the deal, in other words 2% of $200K to be paid to you at the closing (equals to $4,000) plus 2% of the equity share (equals to $40,000 that can grow higher until the date of resale or you can sell it immediately on secondary market in exchange for some discount)
If you decided to act as a consultant AND ALSO as an affiliate, in that case you will receive two commissions and all the numbers in the example above will be multiplied X2.
